Telling the Red Devil Goodbye

My little brother Dereck was my chemo buddy volunteer this week. I wanted to get something to eat before I started chemo, so we went and got sandwiches and salad at a cute little cafe downtown that Dereck recommended. Not sure why, but this whole charm thing has taken a hold of me since I started chemo. I got to sleep in a teensy bit before my appointment today.
