I put together a video using pictures that we took with my cell phone over the past year.

    Congratulations on finishing radiation therapy!!!! I loved your video from the past year. What a year you have had. I have loved reading through you posts and I love how you explain things in such a hilarious way.  Good luck with resting and recovering before your surgery, and enjoy your vacation-you deserve it!

    Wow – awesome video.  I about cried through the whole thing.  You are done!  You no longer have to say “I’m in cancer treatments” but instead, “I’m a cancer survivor!”  A few weeks ago I got to go to a “Casting for Recovery” retreat here in Montana.  The Salt Lake area has one every year too.  For anyone who doesn’t know what that is,  it’s an all expenses paid weekend retreat for breast cancer survivors.  It was probably one of the neatest experiences I have ever had.  You get to make new friends who “Get It”, compare notes, encourage each other, learn a few new things from health professionals, stay at a fabulous resort, eat lots of great food, and best of all learn how to fly-fish.  So, seriously Mandi, you and all of your friends who have just gone through this really should look into this and apply.  It’s a random draw thing, I just lucked out in getting to go the first year I applied.  Apply every year til you get picked.  It’s so worth it!

      Thanks Lalove. :) I couldn’t have done it without you. I am working on my “lingo” – getting there! I will definitely check out fishing (although I have this deep dark fear of hooking myself with that fishhook while swinging it in the air, I may be a bit of a clutz).

    Is there anything you CAN’T do? That is a great montage – I wish I could do something like that… no idea how. I love the pictures, the songs, the little notes underneath.

    This is so much better than a coffee table book, haha.
